PURPOSE: To obtain an agent for sobering up having an immediate effect, by brewing and fermenting a specific leaf mould essentially containing pure vegetable chlorophyll and water while stirring, further brewing supernatant to separate the impurity, adding Perillae Folium extract, papaya enzyme and bar gal thereto and aging the mixture.

CONSTITUTION: A specific leaf mould buried under ground of sea shore area and water and stirred for 3 days twice at one day and allowed to stand for 2 weeks to brew and ferment the leaf mould and only the supernatant is further allowed to stand for about 1 week to precipitate and separate the impurity and 2% Perillae Folium extract, 0.2% papaya enzyme and 0.02% bar gal are added to the supernatant and after 2 days the mixture is filter sterilized until becoming transparent and the filtrate is aged for about 2 weeks to provide the agent for sobering up having an immediate effect.
