PURPOSE: To obtain an aloe vera gel capable of preventing the putrefaction of the aloe vera gel and giving many medicinal effects in addition to the medicinal effects of the aloe itself by adding especially vitamin C and citric acid to the ale vera gel produced from the aloe of perennial succulent plant, and further to obtain a beverage (aloe vera drink) or other foods with the aloe vera gel.

CONSTITUTION: When a rind-peeled aloe is mixed, vitamin C is added. Or when the rind-peeled aloe is sterilized in a steam type pot, an acid such as citric acid is added. The produced aloe vera gel is added to a juice or a green tea to obtain an aloe juice or a variety of aloe beverages. The aloe vera gel is added to a food such as a jam, jelly, muscovado or noodle to obtain the food excellent in medicinal effects.
