Abstract:
To provide an apparatus for producing an optical fiber cable excellent in waterproofness.
A filler spraying apparatus 7 for jetting and applying a filling and fixing agent 4 to the traveling line of an optical fiber center wire is installed along the traveling line of the optical fiber center wire. The optical fiber center wire coated with the filling and fixing agent 4 is inserted into a slot of a spacer 1 supplied from the side of the traveling line.
