PURPOSE: To simplify a mold for a product having inner and outer layers by a method wherein a slide core is provided in a second mold to be abutted against a first mold, a resin is charged in a first cavity of the slide core as an inner layer, and a second resin is charged as an outer layer in a second cavity formed by separating the slide core and the inner layer.
CONSTITUTION: A mold 5 consists of an upper mold 6 as a first mold and a lower mold 7 as a second mold. A slide core 8 is vertically movably provided in a containing recess 9 of the lower mold 7. The slide core 8 is disposed in remarkably close proximity to the upper mold 6 for forming a first cavity 10. A PPE is injected into the cavity 10, cooled, and set to be formed as an inner layer 2. Thereafter, the slide core 8 and the inner layer 2 are moved downward. In this manner, a second cavity 11 is formed. An SEBS is injected into the cavity 11. The melted SEBS charged in the second cavity 11 is cooled and set to be formed as an outer layer 3.
