Abstract:
PURPOSE: To easily, wholely and separately peel off a ceramic thin plate from a ceramic thin plate laminated body to each one sheet.
CONSTITUTION: A dipping process by which the ceramic thin plate laminated body (f) succeedingly laminated plural sheets of ceramic thin plate (e) via a releasing agent layer is immersed in deaerated water supplied in a treating tank 3 provided with a ultrasonic vibrator 2 at the bottom, and a peeling-off process to peel off the ceramic thin plate laminated body (f) to the individual ceramic thin plate (e) by radiating ultrasonic waves from the ultrasonic vibrator 2 into the deaerated water, are provided.
