PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of producing a compound steel plate having both properties of ceramic and tungsten by using brown gas.SOLUTION: Tungsten is fused in brown gas with ceramic at the high temperature to make a uniform composition and then to gradually cool it.
