Title:
PRODUCTION OF CHROMATE TYPE PHOTOSENSITIVE MATERIAL SENSITIZED WITH BASIC COLOR MATTER
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP01118128
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To improve the sensitivity of the title material at the time of exposure, and the diffraction efficiency of said material after developing by drying an undried photosensitive material in an atmosphere of an ammonia or an amine gas transiently and removing a residual ammonia or amine from the photosensitive material after drying.

CONSTITUTION: The photosensitive material is photographically processed by forming a gelatin coated film 12 on a glass substrate 11, drying it at room temp., and then dipping it in a sensitizing solution. The sensitizing solution is composed of a solution prepared by for example, adding a methylene blue to an aqueous solution of ammonium dichromate, followed by adjusting pH of the obtd. solution with an aqueous ammonia solution. Next, the sensitized photosensitive material is dried in the atmosphere of the ammonia gas, for example, in a desiccator housing a dryer and a beaker contg. the aqueous ammonia solution. And, then the gelatin dry plate 12 is subjected to vacuum drying to remove an ammonia gas and a moisture. Thus, the photosensitive material with the excellent sensitivity and the diffraction efficiency is obtd.
