Abstract:
To obtain coffee tasting different from conventional one by leaving the oil and fat components of coffee, which is conventionally removed by a filter, in coffee.
Ground coffee and water are put in a vessel to be mixed and and harshness is removed. After then supernatant liquid is scooped without using a filter and served for drinking.
