PURPOSE: To relieve input operation labor by comparing a framed schedule and a production progress state, and framing automatically a new schedule, in the case a delay of production is detected.

CONSTITUTION: A host device 31 inputs progress information for showing a progress state related to a lot whose schedule is framed one day before from a production device 10 corresponding to the lot through work stations 21-23, and decides whether the production progress state is within an allowable range or not. As a result, in the case the production progress state is not advancing as per the schedule, the host device 31 receives information for scheduling related to the lot which is being produced from all the production devices 10 of the lines which are being operated at present, through work stations 21-23. Subsequently, the host device 31 frames a schedule of the whole system conforming to a production target, displays it on a display device, and updates the schedule framed partially in the framed schedule to the corresponding schedule in the schedule framed newly.
