PURPOSE: To visually grasp the difference in the production process program and actual production result of after completion of a unit term as time, in the case of the difference in the daily production process program and production actual result in a unit term being caused, by amending a production process planning table with the addision of this difference, based on the production planning table.

CONSTITUTION: The plan as to how many to be produced in which term of a unit term is performed, based on the production quantities of each mouldings planned by a production quantity planning part 11 and also a production process planning table fitting the bar graph showing the production quantities of each mouldings based on the production plan thereof to the corresponding term is prepared at a production process planning table preparing part 12 on the process planning table taking the unit term on the axis of abscissa. Based on the production process plans of each moulding planned at this preparation part 12, the amendment added with the difference is added at this amendment part 13 to the production process planning table of the residual term of the production process planning table prepared by the production process planning table preparing part 12, in the case of the difference in the daily production process plan and actual production result of the unit term being caused.
