To industrially advantageously produce a two-sheet continuous copy form by providing surface printing on a continuous pressure-sensitive or thermo- sensitive upper sheet and a continuous lower sheet, folding them up, and then cutting out an inner portion of the pressure-sensitive upper sheet or the like and gluing it to the lower sheet, and finishing the combined sheets by a slitter.
An upper sheet 1 is conveyed via a guide roller, and an inner portion of the sheet is cut out by an incision cutter 4. The thus-cut sheet 1 is further conveyed to a gluing device 2 whereby glue is applied to an appropriate portion on the reverse side of the sheet. The glue-applied upper sheet 1 is set with a lower sheet 6 by pressure rollers 3, thereby producing a two-sheet continuous form 7. The cutting-out of the upper sheet 1 is performed by a pair of rollers having ordinary cutting blades 5. After the cutting-out, the upper sheet 1 receives glue from the gluing device 2. The upper sheet 1 is then conveyed together with the lower sheet 6 to the pressure rollers 3, so that a two-sheet set is formed. The two-sheet set is re-set by a splitter 8. The continuous form 7 is thus produced.
