Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a production method for a decorative plate, which can efficiently and accurately draw a design printed layer at a base member surface, besides, superior in durability.
SOLUTION: A base coat, a resin component thereof is a compound having an active hydrogen and a polyisocyanate compound, is applied on a base member surface. Next, the design printed layer is transferred on the base coat by using a transfer sheet having the design printed layer at the state of a reaction rate of the base coat of 20-80%. Then, the transfer sheet is stripped from the base coat and a top coat is applied.
