Abstract:
PURPOSE: To reduce working man-hours and prevent the positional shifting of heat fused portions from occurring by a method wherein heat insulating and sound absorbing material is covered with heat fusible sheet by being shafted to the first position and, after that, the unnecessary portion of the heat fusible sheet is trimmed off with a trimming blade at the peripheral edge of the cylindrical part opened in a trimming mold by being shifted to the second position.
CONSTITUTION: Heat insulating and sound absorbing material 5 is set on heat fusible sheet 4a within a heat fusion mold 1. Further, heat fusible sheet 4b is set from above so as to cover the heat insulating and sound absorbing material 5. Under the above- mentioned state, a force 3 is pushed down to the first position, at which trimming blade 23 and the heat fusible sheet 4a come into contact with each other, so as to heat-fuse the two heat fusible sheets 4a and 4b with the force 3 and an edge part 11 in order to cover the heat insulating and sound absorbing material 5 with both the sheets. Then, by pushing the force 3 against the energizing forces of springs 22 down to the second position so as to pinch and trim the two heat fusible sheets 4a and 4b between and with the force 3 and the trimming blade 23. Thus, both heat fusion process and trimming process can be performed in succession.
