Abstract:
NEW MATERIAL:The compound of formula I (R is various amino acid side chain).
EXAMPLE: 7-Nitrobenzofurazanyl-1-4-thiocarbamylalanine.
USE: Microanalysis of amino acid. Useful for the reduction of cost.
PREPARATION: The objective compound can be produced by coupling the amino group of an amino acid of formula II to 4-isothiocyanato-ethylamino-7- nitrobenzofurazan of formula III in a solvent (e.g. THF) for 1-2hr at room temperature.
