Abstract:
To re-utilize waste material of a gypsum board to its raw material without deteriorating quality of the gypsum board.
This production method of gypsum board is to use waste gypsum obtained by crushing waste material of a gypsum board as a part of raw material gypsum. As the waste gypsum, the one having 3-15kw/ton crushing energy at the crushing, 1.0-4.0m2/g BET-type specific surface area as a fineness and ≤3wt.% total amount of containing ligneous fibers and fibrous material other than the ligneous fibers is used. Using amount of the waste gypsum is 10-60wt.% of the raw material gypsum.
