Abstract:

PURPOSE: To produce heat-treated coated glass which hardly undergoes a change in the optical characteristics even when bent in the air.
CONSTITUTION: A heat ray shielding film 1 of a metal such as SUS, Ti or Cr or the nitride, boride, carbide, etc., of the metal is formed on a glass substrate 4, a first protective film 2 which is transparent in a visible light region and maintains its transparency even after oxidation, e.g. a zirconium siliconitride film is formed on the film 1 and a second protective film 3 of an oxide having high property as an oxygen barrier, e.g. tin oxide is further formed on the film 2. The resulting coated glass is bent.
