PURPOSE: To provide the method for efficiently and inexpensively producing the hydraulic composition mainly comprising an amorphous material and having a prescribed composition and a prescribed powder degree.
CONSTITUTION: This method for producing the hydraulic composition comprises adding an Al2O3 component-adjusting material comprising one kind of CaO sources and SiO2 sources or the mixture of two kinds or more of the sources and having a particle diameter of 5-50mm to a furnace slag melted product discharged from a furnace, melting the mixture to adjust the furnace slag-melted product into a melted product containing CaO and SiO2 in a CaO/SiO2 molar ratio of 0.8-1.5 as a main component and containing the Al2O3 in an amount of 1-12wt.%, quenching the melted product, and subsequently grinding the quenched product until giving a powder degree of ≥3000cm2/g.
