Abstract:

PURPOSE: To readily obtain the subject formulation capable of preserving the high activity of subject enzyme without enzymic inactivation during the drying process because of unnecessity for the drying process due to adjusting total water in both of lipase solution and carrier within a range and then mixing the both.

CONSTITUTION: Total amount of water in lipase solution or dispersion (enzyme solution) and water in carrier are adjusted so as to be 0.5-8wt.% of dried weight of the carrier and the enzyme solution is mixed with said carrier to adsorb and keep lipase on the carrier. Besides, mixture of (water-soluble) chitin or chitosan and lecithin is preferably contained in the enzyme solution as activity developer.
