Abstract:

PURPOSE: To inexpensively produce an ink jet head capable of obtaining good printing grade with high workability.
CONSTITUTION: An ink jet head is produced by a process (a) of preparing a mold forming ink passages by etching and having heating elements formed thereto at nozzle positions, a process (b) of allowing a photo-setting resin to flow to the mold, a process (c) of placing a light transmitting plate of the photo- setting resin, a process (d) of allowing a definite amt. of a current to flow through the heating elements to form air bubbles and curing the photo-setting resin by exposure, a process (e) of releasing the mold to wash off the uncured resin parts to form nozzles and ink passages and a process (f) of bonding a vibration plate to the photo-setting resin by an adhesive.
