Abstract:
PURPOSE:To improve the adhesive property between a lens part and a transparent resin base material to be formed with a UV curing type resin by coating the surface of the transparent resin base material with a specific compd., then irradiating the surface with active energy rays. CONSTITUTION:At least the surface of the transparent resin base material to be used in contact with a UV curing type resin liquid is previously coated with with the compd. expressed by formula I and is then irradiated with the active energy rays. In formula I, R1 denotes hydrogen or methyl group. After the UV curing type resin liquid is interposed between the transparent resin base material and a lens mold, the liquid is irradiated with UV rays to form the lens part in at least one surface of the transparent resin base material. The lens sheet having the high adhesive property between the lens part and the transparent resin base material is obtd. in this way. The lens sheet is efficiently produced by the simple method without requiring special devices.
