Abstract:
To provide a production management device that is able to detect an abnormal production status, without involving a cycle time delay.SOLUTION: A production management device for managing a production status of a production line having production equipment comprises: an acquisition unit that, using detection signal outputs according to delivery of products from the production equipment, acquires a cycle time; and a determination unit that compares the cycle time and a lower limit threshold that determines a lower limit value for a normal cycle time and, in a case where the cycle time is shorter than the lower limit threshold, determines that the production status is abnormal.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
