Abstract:
PURPOSE:To simply improve and update the function of a production plan itself by forming production planning data from transmitted management data and knowledge data and transmitting this production planning data to a management device. CONSTITUTION:The management inform data required for forming order information and the production plan such as the number of stocks generated by an already executed production is fed to a first computer 1 side through a communication line 3. These management data and the knowledge data described in a first data group 5 are used a delivery date decision program 4a constituting a production plan forming program 4, a stock number decision program 4b, and an equipment allocation program 4c decide when the production should be executed, which equipment is used, or what the number of the stocks should be. This production planning data is fed to a second computer 2 through the communication line 3. Then, in the second computer 2, the operation of the respective equipments constituting the production equipment is controlled under a condition described in a production plan table 11. Thereby, the capability of the entirety of a system is easily improved.
