Abstract:
PURPOSE: To surely adhere a metallic mesh 1 and a wire member 2 in a short time with a simple operation in the manufacture of the mesh reflector in which the metallic mesh 1 is adhered to the wire member 2 and the wire member 2 is mounted onto a rear side structure.
CONSTITUTION: While a wire member 2 is inserted to a thermoplastic resin tube 4, the wire member 2 is in contact with the metallic mesh 1 or a thermoplastic resin film is molten to the metallic mesh 1 and then in contact with the wire member 2, after the resin is molten in this state with heating, the resin is solidified by cooling to adhere the metallic mesh 1 and the wire member 2.
