CONSTITUTION: In a producing method of a composite, the finely divided solid additive particles are mixed into ionized inert gas flow 25 and the heat generated with the ionized gas is practically used to the heating of the solid particles. The temp. is equal to or lower than the temp. of the particles being made into non-solid state by melting, sublimating or dissociating and also higher than about half temp. of melting, sublimating or dissociating temp. Thereafter, the flow of the heated solid particle mixed with the gas is jetted into the molten metal 1 to produce the mixed material of the finely divided solid particles and the molten metal 1. Then, physical stirring is developed to the mixed material of the molten metal 1 and the solid particles and the practically uniform distribution of the solid particles in this molten metal is obtd. and this stirring of the molten metal is continued until the mixed material of the finely divided particles and the metal is fully solidified.
