Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the corrosion resistance by plating or painting the inside circumference face of a through hole and the front face of an engaging claw.
SOLUTION: A york 6 (metallic part) and a joining part 8 which is connected as one body through a connecting part 7 at an end face 63 except the inside circumference face of a through hole 62 and the front face of an engaging claw 60 among the york 6 are pressed, the york 6 is plated or painted by supporting it at the joining part 8, the end face 63 of the york 6 and the connecting part 7 are cut and separated between them, and the york 6 is produced. On this result, a blank material exposed face 64 without being treated with plating or painting among the york 6 is made only in an end face connecting with the connecting part 7, it is made smaller in comparison with a conventional producing method, and so the corrosion resistance can be improved by the above ratio. Because the inside circumference face of the through hole 62 and the front face of the engaging claw 60 can be plated or painted, the smooth rotation or sliding between parts is obtained, and further because the plated or painted face is not corroded, the smooth rotation or sliding between respective parts can be obtained in a long term.
