Abstract:
To provide a production method of aluminum-containing alloy powder and use of the same.SOLUTION: In a production method of aluminum-containing alloy powder, characteristics including a matrix phase and a dispersion particle phase are used for an initial alloy solidification structure, the matrix phase is reacted with acid solution and removed. Thereby, the dispersion particle phase is separated and the aluminum-containing alloy powder is obtained. The production method has a simple process and allows production of the aluminum-containing alloy powder with different morphologies of nano-order, submicron order, micron order and millimeter order. The aluminum-containing alloy powder can be used in fields of optoelectronic device, electromagnetic wave absorption material, catalyst, three-dimensional metallic printing, metal injection molding, anticorrosive paint, etc.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
