Abstract:
To provide a production method of a member advantageous for improving dimensional accuracy and strength, by executing brazing regardless of a material.SOLUTION: An end part of a pipe 14 is inserted into a pipe joining recessed part 34 of a nipple 20 for constituting a joint body 12, and a joining outer peripheral surface 1406 is positioned on the inside of a joining inner peripheral surface 3402 in a state of positioning a ring-shaped brazing material 36 in a place of the joining inner peripheral surface 3402 near a bottom surface 3404. The joining outer peripheral surface 1406 and the joining inner peripheral surface 3402 are relatively displaced at a high speed in this state. When relatively displacing the joining outer peripheral surface 1406 and the joining inner peripheral surface 3402 at a high speed in this way, frictional heat is generated in a mutually contacting place of these joining outer peripheral surface 1406 and joining inner peripheral surface 3402. This frictional heat is transmitted to the brazing material 36, so that the joining outer peripheral surface 1406 and the joining inner peripheral surface 3402 are brazed, and the end part of the pipe 14 is joined to the pipe joining recessed part 34 of the nipple 20.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
