Abstract:

PURPOSE: To obtain a malodor-free, golden-colored, easily drinkable and preservable york oil by roasting the sand particle-like york of boiled eggs, squeezing the roasted york and subsequently filtering the oil through an oil cleaner for foods.

CONSTITUTION: The objective york oil is obtained as follows; boiling eggs, taking out only the york of the eggs, passing the york through a strainer having somewhat rough meshes to form sand-like particles, roasting the york particles until york oil boils up in a foamy state, squeezing the roasted york, and further filtering the squeezed and caramel-like colored york oil through an oil cleaner for foods to remove a fine amount of water, tar-like substances, etc.
