PURPOSE: To mold a film layer into a shape almost the same to that of a base stand without fusing films by supplying the film layer consisting of a large number of soft films to the container-shaped base stand having an adhesive layer on the surface thereof and provided with a large number of small holes to heat the same and subsequently pressing and sucking the heated film layer to bring the same into close contact with the base stand.
CONSTITUTION: A container-shaped base stand 1 has a film fixing agent such as a static electricity charging agent or an adhesive on the surface thereof and also has a large number of small holes 3. A film layer 4 consisting of a large number of soft films is supported on the base stand 1 by pressers 5 and heated by hot air so as not to fuse the films. After heating, the film layer is pressed from above to be brought into contact with the base stand 1 under pressure and, succeedingly, the periphery of the film layer 4 is pressed and the film layer is sucked from the small holes 3 to be brought into close contact with the base stand 1. By this constitution, the film layer 4 is integrally held but the films are not mutually fused and, therefore, each of the films can be peeled at the time of use.
