Abstract:
To simplify production of paper trays with the number of production processes decreased.
A thermoplastic plastic film 3 is interposed between two paper boards 1 and 2, and thereby a base paper is formed. Then, the base paper is formed into a tray shape by pressing with a metal mold while being heated up to a temperature where the thermoplastic plastic film 3 can be melted.
