PURPOSE: To simply obtain a pipe lining material by manual work without relying on stitching work by using a first lining material composed of a nonwoven fabric cut into a strip shape and a second lining material narrower than the first lining material and obtained by applying a film enhanced in air tightness to the surface of a nonwoven fabric.
CONSTITUTION: The temporary clamping material 5 of a groove part 4 is covered with a thermal adhesive material 6 having width almost same to that of the groove part 4 and a third strip like lining material 8 cut so as to have width almost same to that of the groove part 4 is successively fitted in the groove 4 while the thermal adhesive material 6 is heated in the direction shown by an arrow (c) by the hot air from a dryer 7. The fitted part of the lining material 8 is pressed by a roller 9. The third lining material 8 is bonded to the adhesive flange of a first lining material 1 by the thermal adhesive material 1 to successively fill the groove part 4 and a ribbon-shaped tape enhanced in airtightness is bonded to the gap between the third lining material 8 and the groove part 4.
