Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a plan to satisfy the restriction as much as possible while taking into consideration the leveling by providing a restriction evaluating means to evaluate the degree of violation of the restriction of the condition of production and the target of production and an adjusting means to automatically adjust the production plan in an extensive range based on the evaluation of the restriction of the restriction evaluating means.
CONSTITUTION: The production plan which is completely leveled by a plan establishing module 12 is automatically established based on the information on the quantity of the production target or the production line inputted by an input module 11. Then, the degree of violation of the restriction of the condition of production and the target of production is evaluated by a restriction evaluating module 13, and the production plan is similarly and automatically adjusted in an extensive range by an adjusting module 15. If required, modification of the production plan by a modifying module or the adjustment by an adjusting module 15 is appropriately and repeatedly achieved. When modification or adjustment becomes unnecessary, the results of the plan establishment are outputted by an output module 18 and completed.
