To make the improvement of planning precision and the shortening of calculation time needed for planning a plan compatible, in a method which plans a production plan for producing a necessary number of products for every operation day in a producing process of the products as of a production planning object period from a reference operation day toward the future.
While a shipment plan as a production plan is planned by an 'article' system wherein the shipment times of respective products (shown with circle marks in figure) are related to the individual products as of a 1st period when a production planning object period (June 1 to 9) is divided into a past-side 1st period and a future-side 2nd period, a shipment plan is planned by a 'quantity' system representing the shipment plan as the quantity of products shipped on the same operation day as of the 2nd period.
