Abstract:
PURPOSE:To efficiently and continuously produce many different kinds of grades by combining many abnormal grades with a congenial grade, and determining the production sequence by which the whole OFF generation quantity is the smallest. CONSTITUTION:First of all, based on a data which has been read in from a read mechanism 1, a temporary production grade plan is generated by a plan generating mechanism 2. Subsequently, by a grade arranging mechanism 3, each grade is divided into a large-sized grade and a small-sized grade, and a pair grade is generated. Next, by an overlap check mechanism 4, an overlap between the large-sized grades is avoided, and thereafter, the congeniality between the grades is checked by a production sequence determining mechanism 5, and in case they are uncongenial, congenial grades are combined, and the production sequence by which the whole OFF generation quantity is the smallest is determined. Also, in case a gap is generated between the grades of this production sequence, whether the next grade is advanced and produced or not is judged by a judging mechanism 6.
