In this optimization method for optimizing order of the plurality of production instructions in the production plan previously set as a production plan table including the plurality of production instructions, a combination between order prescription instructions that are production instructions wherein the instruction order is prescribed, of the plurality of production instructions, and non-order prescription instructions, each in which the instruction order is not prescribed, of the plurality of production instructions are stored, and the production instruction order is changed to the non-order prescription instructions wherein an interrupt occurs in the order and the order prescription instructions wherein an order change does not occur, of the plurality of production instructions according to the order change of the plurality of production instructions in the production plan changed according to the combination between the order prescription instructions.
