Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a chemical dissolution process for the efficient fine- pulverization of polyether sulfone (PES) which is impossible to be pulverized by mechanical means.
CONSTITUTION: PES is dissolved in a halogenated hydrocarbon such as methylene chloride in a stirring vessel and water is added to the obtained viscous liquid to instantaneously produce PES powder.
