PURPOSE: To easily obtain the subject compound of high purity by reacting N-alkylamine or N,N-dialkylurea with substituted allyamine or heterocyclic amine, in the presence of the amine which is already present in the starting material can be obtained easily.
CONSTITUTION: N-alkylurea or N,N-dialkyurea of formula I (R1, R2 mean H, alkyl, wherein both R1 and R2 are not H or R1 and R2 may form together butylene, bentylene) are used as a starting material, and in the presence or absence of a diluent, by reacting said compound with amine of formulas II (R is unsubstituted or mono- or poly substituted phenyl by halogen, or alkyl, alkoxy, etc.; oxazoline, isooxazolyl, etc.), in the presence of amine in excess expressed by formula III, a compound of formula IV can be obtained. Preferably, dimethylurea is used as a compound of formula I, and dimethylamine is used as a compound of formula III.
