Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a novel method for producing the pyridine borane from inexpensive raw materials by a simple operation in a short time.
CONSTITUTION: The method for producing the pyridine borane is characterized by reacting sodium borohydride (NaBH4) with a Lewis acid in pyridine. The pyridine borane can be produced from the inexpensive raw materials in a good yield by a simple operation in a short time.
