Abstract:
PURPOSE: To produce the tread/breaker set of a car pneumatic tire within a time as short as possible by an apparatus as simple as possible.
CONSTITUTION: An apparatus has breaker drums 1, 2, a breaker layer feed machine 3, a wound protective strip supply device 4, a tread supply device 5 and a transfer device 6 and the breaker drums 1, 2 are arranged on the same shafts 8, 9 to be mutually independently driven and the first breaker drum 1 and/or the breaker layer feed machine is moved in an axial direction and the wound protective strip supply device 4 and the tread supply device 5 are arranged to the height of the second breaker drum 2 in the axial direction and the transfer device 6 has functions of the transfer of a breaker layer set and the detachment of a completed tread/breaker set. Therefore, by this constitution, the production time of the individual tread/breaker set can be shortened.
