Abstract:

PURPOSE: To provide a method in which spherical particles excellent in sphericity can efficiently be produced even under conditions of a raised W/O ratio and reactional solution ratio.

CONSTITUTION: A polar aprotic solvent having ≤6 dielectric constant is added into an aqueous solution [B] of a water-soluble compound, reactive with a water-soluble metallic salt in a W/O type emulsion [A] prepared from an aqueous solution of a water-soluble metallic salt and an organic solvent and forming a water-insoluble precipitate in a method for preparing the W/O type emulsion [A], mixing the resultant emulsion [A] with the aqueous solution [B] and producing spherical particles.
