Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain a steel sheet reduced in aging characteristic, excellent in deep drawability, and minimal in the amount of fluctuation of Lankford value in a coil by subjecting a steel, having respectively specified contents of C, Si, Mn, P, etc., to hot rolling, cooling, and coiling under respectively specified conditions and then performing cold rolling and continuous annealing.
CONSTITUTION: A steel having a composition consisting of, by weight, 0.01-0.04% C, ≤0.03% Si, 0.05-0.25% Mn, ≤0.015% P, ≤0.01% S, 0.01-0.08% sol.Al, ≤0.0035% N, 0.0002-0.0009% B, and the balance Fe is refined. This steel is hot-rolled at ≤920°C finishing temp. and cooled at ≥20°C/sec cooling rate. Subsequently, the resulting steel plate is coiled at 560-650°C, cold-rolled, and continuously annealed at an annealing temp. not lower than the recrystallization temp.
