PRODUCTION OF STEEL SHEET LAMINATED WITH PATTERNED FLUORORESIN FILM

PURPOSE: To produce a steel sheet laminated with a patterned fluororesin film on which an arbitrary pattern is formed on the steel sheet simultaneously with its adhesion to there sheet without lowering the adhesiveness of the steel sheet to the fluororesin film due to the formed pattern.
CONSTITUTION: A tetrafluoroethylene/perfluoroalkyl vinyl ether copolymer resin powder having a particle diameter of 0.05-0.1μm is mixed with a polyether sulfone powder having a particle diameter of 0.05-0.1μm, a polyimide powder having a particle diameter of 0.05-0.1μm and a printing ink to form an adhesive/ printing ink. A steel sheet is coated and printed with this adhesive/printing ink, the printed surface is temporarily fixed, the temporarily fixed printed surface is passed through a hearth h and heated to a temperature near the melting point of the fluororesin adhesive, and a transparent fluororesin film 3 is adhered to the adhesive/printing agent 2 before it is molten.
