Abstract:
PURPOSE: To readily obtain a soft velvety resin molding, having fluff due to protrusion of flocks and rich in high-class feeling by primary molding without requiring post-processing.
CONSTITUTION: A synthetic resin containing colored or uncolored organic fiber, having ≤400 desize and ≤2mm fiber length, added and mixed therein is molded by using a metallic mold having the tip in a fine protruding part of a crepe pattern on the metallic mold surface formed into a nonplanar shape to produce the objective synthetic resin molding having a flocked surface.
