To greatly reduce manhour by forming a plate having a pressure receiving friction face at annular part and a tooth shaped claw part at the outer peripheral edge of annular part by means of processes of steel plate stock blanking, shaping and profile flanking.
In producing a pressure receiving plate, a rolled steel plate of stock (SAPH400) is made to, by blanking, a blank having 6.0-6.5mm annular part thickness, about 130mm inner diameter, about 168mm outer diameter. In a successive shaping process by using a stamp die, a blank face is cold squeezed with a prescribed squeezing margin to form a head part face of a claw 12 of outer peripheral edge as well as to adjust a flatness and hardness of annular pressure receiving friction faces 11a, b. Successively, in a profile blanking process by a trim die, the claw part 11c is blanked at a fixed interval to be finished to a prescribed shape. Further, by making a squeezing margin of the pressure receiving friction faces 11a, b in a shaping process to ≥0.1mm, a flatness of ≤0.15 and a hardness of ≥140Hv are made.
