Abstract:

PURPOSE: To inexpensively produce a tire blade not requiring a molding pin and easily cut by discharge processing.

CONSTITUTION: An almost semicircular groove 2 is gently formed to the almost central part of a thin metal plate 1 made of stainless steel or the like having a predetermined shape by a press mold and flat surfaces 3a, 3b are bent at an obtuse angle and pressed by a press mold to be bent so as to form a hairpin like cross section and superposed to be subjected to spot welding 4. Thereafter, drilling processing boring holes 5 is performed and the whole is finished by barrel finishing.
