PURPOSE: To improve fixability and high-temp. preservable property by adsorbing a water soluble high-polymer material onto particle surfaces, the flocculating, then sticking the resin particles of a resin emulsion to the surface of the water soluble high-polymer material layer, further swelling the flocculated and stuck resin particles with an emulsifying liquid of a vinyl monomer and progressing polymn.
CONSTITUTION: A capsule type structure is formed by adding the water soluble high-polymer material to a water dispersion of the particles which consist essentially of a soft material to adsorb the material to the particle surfaces, then mixing the resin emulsion therewith to flocculate and stick the resin particles of the resin emulsion to the surface of the water soluble high-polymer material layer and further swelling the flocculated and stuck resin particles with the emulsifying liquid of the vinyl monomer and progressing the polymn. by a water soluble or oil soluble initiator. The surfaces of the core particles which consist essentially of the soft polymer having the properties sufficient to maintain the fixability to a base is uniformly coated with the material having a high glass transition temp. or high melting material, by which the fixability and high-temp. preservable property are improved.
