Abstract:
To prevent the occurrence of a situation where an image processing apparatus which a user wants to use is already used by another user.SOLUTION: An information processing apparatus determines an image processing apparatus which is scheduled to be used by a user, from among one or more image processing apparatuses, on the basis of reservation information of the user. When first timing comes, the information processing apparatus sets the reserved image processing apparatus set to a first state to a third state or sets the reserved image processing apparatus set to the second state to the first state or a third state. The reserved image processing apparatus is permitted to be used when being in the first state, and is inhibited from being used or is permitted to be used by only a specific person when being in the second state. When being in the third state, the reserved image processing apparatus is permitted to be used if an authentication condition is met with the reserved image processing apparatus inhibited from being used.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
