Abstract:
PURPOSE:To decrease the number of keys and to improve the operability of a program input device by providing a program production means which switches the displays of commands, etc., at a display part for selection of the necessary commands, etc., and produces a program at the display part. CONSTITUTION:When an address '0' is set with a ten-key K0, for example, the address '0' is shown at the lower stage of a display part 1 with a selectable command displayed at the middle stage respectively. When a dial 2 is turned, the characters showing a command name, etc., are shifted right and left according to the turning directions of the dial 2. Then a desired command, etc., can be selected with push of a command selection key K14 when the characters showing the desired command name, etc., are pointed with blinking by a cursor 3. Then the program of the address '0' is written into a CPU unit with push of a write key K15. In such a constitution, the keys corresponding to the commands, etc., can be omitted and therefore the number of keys can be decreased. Furthermore the operability is improved for a program input device because the commands, etc., are selected by reference to the display contents of the part 1.
