Abstract:
To make it possible to realize communication in which confidentiality of a password is enhanced easily at a sending side without installing dedicated software at a receiver side.
A server 1 provides an EC (electronic commerce) site in which a web page is provided for selling digital contents (application programs such as shareware, wall paper, ringer melody, music and the likes) via a network. After distribution of the digital contents purchased by a customer via each terminal, the server 1 issues a key, that is a password corresponding to the digital content.
