Abstract:

To provide a program and a train diagram preparation device capable of preparing a train diagram reflecting actual requests of passengers, and reflecting the cost on a railroad company side.

The processing of calculating the passenger cost L which is a disutility value of all passengers while correcting the train diagrams, and the operational cost C when a railroad company operates the train diagrams is repeated. The present solution train diagram having the minimum evaluation value E expressed by the sum of the calculated passenger cost L and operational cost C is determined as an output solution train diagram.
